Its a stand alone building along side a twin. The water heater and stove are electric and the heater is oil. At present there is not a washer and dryer hookup in this unit.

     Pets are ok at these apartment, but there is a $50.00 non-refundable security deposit and $15.00 extra per month per pet. Our units are 1 to 3 bedroom unit most have a washer and dryer hookup. Tenent pays for utilities. All units are cable ready The price range is from$450.00 to $650.00 per month. All leases are for one year then switch to a month to month. A security deposit of one and a half months rent is required

     The apartment is located in the small town of National Park.There is piblic transportation via TNJ bus service. The public school goes from k to 6th grade, with kindergarden being an all day class.Since we are on the Delaware River there are two boat ramps. one private and one public that closes at dusk
